Bio

Clayton “CJ” Johnson has been a proud Central Oregon resident since the 1980s and has developed a deep appreciation for both the region and its small communities. After a 15-year career in law enforcement, CJ transitioned into real estate in 2009 following several back surgeries, bringing his dedication to service and integrity to a new profession.

Today, CJ works alongside his wife, Brenda Johnson, a fellow Windermere broker, as well as Ryan Nelson, forming a collaborative team committed to serving clients through every stage of the real estate process. Their approach is centered on understanding each client’s unique goals and ensuring every transaction is handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. They strive to create a positive and supportive experience tailored to each individual.

Outside of real estate, CJ enjoys spending time outdoors, including camping, hunting, and fishing throughout Oregon. He and Brenda are proud parents of six children and grandparents to eleven grandchildren, with a twelfth on the way.
